Our Story

Throughout my years as a registered nurse, I met many people who taught me the true value of time.

Some patients dreamed of attending important family events.
One patient once said with a smile,
"My grandchild's wedding will be in Hawaii. I wish you could come with me as my nurse."

Others, facing the final stages of their illness, and their families told me,
"We want to visit a place filled with memories together one more time. Could you accompany us?"

What they wished for was not simply a trip.

They wanted to spend precious time with the people they loved, create memories, and live their remaining moments in a way that was meaningful to them.

At that time, I was unable to make those wishes come true, and I have never forgotten those words.

Those experiences became the beginning of Hyggeos Hokkaido.

I believe that health challenges should never take away a person's dreams, connections, or opportunities to create precious memories.
